Our Policies
Customer Satisfaction
The products we offer are made to high standards. If we don't like it, we won't sell it. If any of our products fail to live up to your satisfaction, return it to us for replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is key to our success.
Products not produced by Rustic Originals Art Of Nature Collectibles, hereby refered to as Rustic Originals, carry their own respective warranties and any warranty claims on such products will be directed to their respective manufacturers not to Rustic Originals Custom Framing.
Order Processing, Shipping and Backorder Information
Orders are processed within three business days from receipt. Special circumstances may apply sometimes, i.e. vacations, illness, holidays, etc.
Orders paid with Paypal or money order are usually shipped within ten business days if merchandise is in stock. ALL orders paid by personal check will be shipped fourteen days from receipt.
We will hold back-orders for thirty days. After which time the purchaser will receive a refund for the back-ordered merchandise.

Visitor Submissions
Any submission of information, ie, photos, recipes, tips, hints, stories, etc, will be received with implied consent for use by Rustic Originals. These submissions will not be returned and become the property of Rustic Originals with no compensation to the submitter.

The contact information you supply, such as name and e-mail address, will be used exclusively to send you information and promotional materials from our company and from some of our partners. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address, and daytime phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
When you place an order all of your information is encrypted by secure server software,(SSL) before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer information we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
